Hi, we are Amy and Katy and we run The Administration Hub, which was founded in 2017. We offer dedicated, personal support to reduce your workload and overheads.  This can be done on a virtual basis or from your place of work, as and when you require it.

Amy founded The Administration Hub in 2017 with a clear mission: to give clients a dependable, all‑in‑one source of back‑office support. By operating as a seamless remote extension of each business, she enables clients to reclaim valuable time while maintaining low fixed costs and high operational efficiency. 

With over 25 years’ experience in Business Administration and Management across private, corporate, and public sectors — and more than a decade as a previous business owner — Amy brings a deep understanding of what organisations need to operate smoothly, compliantly, and professionally. She understands both sides of every client relationship and consistently delivers work that meets bestpractice standards, regulatory expectations, and commercial realities. 

Amy has extensive experience supporting startups and SMEs across multiple industries, helping them streamline processes, optimise systems, and build scalable operational foundations. A natural peopleperson, she values strong, positive professional relationships and believes that trust and communication sit at the heart of every successful partnership. 

She also holds accreditations in AAT (Finance) and ILM (Business Administration and Management), reinforcing her commitment to highquality, accountable, and knowledgeable support.

Katy has more than 25 years of experience in Business Management, HR and Strategic Support, including being a business owner. Her background is predominantly in the financial sector, but she has also worked in the education and public sectors. One of her main focuses has been to work with the clients and companies to bring them in line with current requirements and aid their expansion, and with a background in HR she works closely with teams to make sure the processes and procedures are in place and that people are happy and thriving in their environment. With a Prince 2 qualifications she manages projects from start to finish with attention to detail, efficiency and a personal approach.

In order to provide you with the bespoke personal service we promise, we also have a team of highly experienced and skilled VAs that support our business and clients.  Every member of the team has been specifically selected and personally interviewed to make sure that they support our company values, mission and ethos.  Clients can be assured that they will have a designated VA to meet their needs.
