Who are we?
Following 17 years of working within different administration and management roles, I founded The Administration Hub. I have worked in both the private and public sectors. Working with councils, education authorities, private building companies and a PLC, as well as independent SME’s. I am a people person at heart and like to build great, positive relationships in all areas of my life. In recent years I was responsible for setting up the administration in a new school covering the HR, finance and compliance adhering to a regulatory guidelines and governance procedures expectations.
I step up to a challenge and I enjoy processes and systems that are efficient and effective. I have a passion for numbers and working in finance. I like to make sure things are done properly and are always within good practice.
I have a love for dance, attending a London stage school as a child I qualified as a dance teacher before running a London dance school. I put myself back through school in my late 20s whilst juggling full time work and children to gain qualifications in AAT, ILM (Leadership and Management and business administration) finding my love for having things organised.
With over 20 years’ experience, 11 of which have been in business management, I have covered a multitude of tasks and responsibilities.
In my most recent roles I have been employed to bring companies in line with current requirements or to aid their expansion, including writing and implementing policies and procedures, HR matters and documentation, testing and rolling out new IT systems, and producing objectives and goals to ensure that there is a suitable working environment for staff.
I now use this experience and knowledge in my own business, giving me the opportunity to support other companies. I enjoy the challenge of learning about new industries and bringing fresh ideas to help revitalise a company. I am experienced in the world of administration, management, HR and event organising.
My love for travelling has allowed me to experience new cultures and develop relationships with people from different backgrounds around the world.

Every member of the team has been specifically selected and personally interviewed to make sure that they support our company values, mission and ethos. Clients can be assured that they will have a designated VA to meet their needs.
