We offer pricing structures that include hourly rates, monthly retainers, project packages and bespoke bundles.  There are no long-term contractual tie-ins, offering the flexibility to increase or decrease as required.

Only pay for what you need when you need it.

How our pricing works

We understand that every client’s needs and budgets are different, that is why we like to take the time to really understand the support you need.  We will have an initial telephone or video call or face to face meeting, which we will then follow up with a personalised proposal.

Telephone or video call arranged to discuss support – this is where we ascertain the details of support, including the hours and skill set required

Proposal and NDA issued for electronic signature

Meet the team! We do face to face introductions with your personal support member and discuss your requirements in detail

For the first two months we will create a log of all tasks carried out and the time they took. We agree check points for transparency and flexibility.

By month 3 we will create a Task Book of all the processes and tasks undertaken to build trust and confidence in us

Now the training phase is complete and the relationship and support are established, we will discuss set retained hours going forward to allow you to budget

We are flexible! Increase or decrease your hours monthly to reflect your company needs in terms of volume of work or cash flow
